The Departures

This was the big move to London, to live in an Islington squat with Jem and the rest of the band. The house had a basement to rehearse in, but we had no money to record and all that remains are these sepia tracks recorded by bouncing between cassette recorders. In the end life got in the way of the whole project but it remains an important chapter for me.
